IMPORTANT SENIOR ITEMS

May 12 – Academic Awards Banquet for High School- in the High School Gym @ 6:00 p.m. (If

receive an invitation)

May 16 - Last official full school day for Seniors.

*There may be some seniors who will have to make up hours due to unexcused absences.

May 19 - Graduation practice - 8:00 a.m. and it is MANDATORY! Do not be late! Please

bring your cap and gown to practice! We will have a parade after practice- a parade

through the elementary. You may leave after the parade.

May 19 - Senior Showcase – 6:00 p.m. is for ALL Seniors and their Family 6:00 pm. (More

info to follow)

You need to let me (Mrs. Schuler) know by May 5 who you want to walk with down the aisle at

graduation. I have a sign-up sheet posted in my room. After May 6 we will draw numbers to

see the order in which you will walk.

Parent/Guest Seating:

Each student will receive 5 floor seat tickets for their families. Only the speakers’

(Valedictorian, Salutatorian, President, Warrior Award Winner, Student Council Representatives

and Performers) families’ seats will be reserved. All other floor seats will be first come basis.

You may have as many family members attend as you want, but only 5 can sit in a chair on the

floor, all others must sit in the bleachers.

Please dress nicely for graduation.

Doors will open at 5:30 for the May 23 GRADUATION - Please arrive BEFORE 6:00 p.m.

We will be taking a group picture at 6:00 p.m. sharp! There will be a photographer that

will be taking individual pictures- more information to follow.

You may pick up your diploma in Mrs. Schuler’s room after the graduation ceremony. If

you do not pick up your diploma after the ceremony you may pick it up between June 2 - 6

from 6:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. You, personally have to pick them up, you cannot send someone

in your place.

Please pay any charges that you owe (lunch, sports, & library fines) ASAP. You will not be

given your diploma without paying these charges.
